SMC flour donation

San Miguel Corp. donates over 8,400 sacks of flour to local government units and bakers around Metro Manila to help keep small businesses afloat while ensuring that affordable and nutritious breads are available to their respective communities. A 25-kg bag of flour can make about 1,600 pieces of pandesal. The flour donations were distributed to Manila, Caloocan, Las Piñas, Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Parañaque, Pasay, Pasig, Quezon City, San Juan, Taguig, Valenzuela and Pateros. San Miguel also donated flour to Batangas, Bulacan and Nueva Ecija, four army camps and two non-government organizations outside Metro Manila.
