Quarantine pass

A freeloader shows Monday her Quarantine Pass – given to people by their respective barangays to enable holder (one per household) to go out of holder’s house while the main island of Luzon is under lockdown  – while scrounging for discarded items along Marcos Highway in Antipolo City in the eastern outskirts of the national capital.
