It is all hands-on-deck for the creators of Triplet Strawberry Cake involving 500 pans of sponge layered with Italian buttercream and 500 kilograms of jam. The record-setting treat is topped with 200 kilograms of fresh Sweet Charlie strawberries newly harvested at the La Trinidad farms to serve roughly 11,000 slices to Sunday tourists and local visitors to the local Strawberry Festival.
