Women empowerment

Women make up 75 percent of the total workforce and 58 percent of senior management of BDO Unbank Inc. To empower all employees, particularly women, BDO offers skills enhancement programs, with female employees representing 65 percent of participants in the management development program and 88 percent in the officer development program.
