New inmates transport vehicles

Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Benhur Abalos, uncorks a bottle of sparking champagne on one of 14 newly acquired for the Bureau of Jail Management of the Philippines. The new jail facility in Payatas, Quezon City also received 2,541 9mm pistols and 688 laptops to boost its operational capabilities.
