The Philippine Stock Exchange Inc. and the Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited-Manila Branch sign a memorandum of understanding to provide financial services in support of bilateral investment and trade through capital market linkages between the Philippines and China. Signing the agreement at the Department of Foreign Affairs Office are (seated, from left) PSE president and chief executive Ramon Monzon and BOCMNL country head Deng Jun, in the presence of Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo, Republic of China State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi and Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Philippines Huang Xilian.
