New BSP official

Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Governor Benjamin Diokno (left) administers the oath of office to BSP Deputy Governor Bernadette Romulo-Puyat in a ceremony at the BSP head office in Manila. Puyat will oversee the Program Management Office for the new BSP complex in New Clark City, BSP regional operations and advocacies on financial inclusion and economic and financial learning. The central bank’s fifth deputy governor will also sit as vice chair of the Philippine International Convention Center board of directors and as alternate of the BSP Governor in select governing boards.
