Flood marker

With the onset of the rainy season, a concerned citizen brushes off dirt from a post marked with water levels, an initiative of the Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, to serve as an early warning device in case of potential flash floods spawned by the rains. The site is along Maria Clara St. in Quezon City, considered by the authorities as a flood-prone area.
