Breaking the bias

Sitel Group, one of the largest global providers of customer experience products and solutions, joins the worldwide celebration of International Women’s Day with several women-centered activities and events throughout March. The global BPO invited associates to mark March 8 by sharing how they break the bias of women in the workplace. The company also reinforced its commitment to women empowerment at work by strengthening its women employee resource program, launching a women’s month fitness challenge and creating fun social media events on TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
