Undersecretary Emil Sadain (center) of the Department of Public Works and Highways-Unified Project Management Office Operations and chief implementer of the ‘Build, Build, Build’ program leads the inspection of construction activities at the Davao City Bypass Construction Project. The excavation work at the northbound direction of the north portal will significantly speed up project delivery. Once completed, the bypass road will mitigate congestions in Davao City with the travel time between Barangay Sirawan in Toril District and Barangay J.P. Laurel in Panabo City to be reduced to 49 minutes from 1 hour and 44 minutes.
