There were only a few visitors at the Manila Bay Dolomite Beach in its reopening on January 4. Only fully-vaccinated individuals were allowed to enter the dolomite beach, according to Manila Baywalk Dolomite Beach ground commander Reuel Sorilla. This is in compliance with the rules under the COVID Alert Level 3 which was implemented over Metro Manila starting January 3 until January 15.
