Twelve Navoteño overseas Filipino worker families receive P10,000 worth of groceries for sari-sari store from the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration through the OWWA Balik-Pinas, Balik Hanapbuhay Program. Mayor Toby Tiangco and other city officials witnessed the ceremonial distribution of the livelihood assistance to the family beneficiaries.
