Saving children

Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Dir. Gen Aaron Aquino together with Quezon City Mayor-elect Joy Belmonte, speak with children at the newly opened Project ‘Sagip Batang Solvent’ reformation center in Novaliches, Quezon City. The reformation center is an initiative program of PDEA to keep children off the streets and away from the scourge of illegal drugs. It has bedrooms and mess hall, playground, library, music room, training room, security and staff, making it more conducive for learning.
