Flag raising

Senator Cynthia Villar and Cavite Gov. Jesus Crispin ‘Boying’ Remulla led the flag raising rites at the balcony of the historic Aguinaldo shrine at Kawit town of Cavite over yesterday’s 121st commemoration of the declaration of Philippines’ independence which was then led by President Emilio Aguinaldo.
