Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada and vice mayoralty running mate Amado Bagatsing are in good spirits after the latest survey commissioned by their ‘Team Legacy’ showed that both remain on top of pre-election surveys in Manila, with Estrada garnering 51.8 percent vote preference and former lawmaker Bagatsing getting 54.5 percent.
