Arthur Soria Taleno, one of seven crew members of M/T Levante who were detained in Libya for almost two years over alleged oil smuggling, hugs his children shortly upon his arrival at the NAIA Terminal 3 on Tuesday evening (March 12). Taleno and the other six were cleared of charges against them and released last February. They were accompanied by Presidential Adviser on Overseas Filipino Workers Affairs Abdullah Mamao who flew to Libya upon the instruction of President Rodrigo R. Duterte to thank the Libyan government personally and bring the Filipino workers home.
