Art at work

Almost 200 hundred students from San Mateo Municipal College and Jose F. Diaz Memorial High School joined an art contest where each participant created unique masterpieces from reusable discarded items like tin cans, plastic wrappers, and bottle caps, at SM San Mateo over the weekend.
