Firefighters from the Quezon City Bureau of Fire and Protection together with the residents of Brgy. Manresa in Quezon City on Saturday January 5, 2019 join forces to battle fire which gutted 240 houses, rendering 700 families homeless.  Property damage has yet to be established but the cause of fire is illegal connection, BFP says. Inset shows hundreds of residents of displaced by the Manresa fire are temporarily sheltered at the barangay’s covered court.
