The BanKo Perlas Spikers show off their new jerseys during the Grand Fans Day at Trinoma Activity Center, kicking off the 2018 Premier Volleyball League Reinforced Conference. Led by Team Captain Sue Roces (leftmost), these volleyball players are ready to dig, set and spike for another chance at the championship after finishing 5th last year. BPI Direct BanKo, Inc., a subsidiary of the Bank of the Philippine Islands, began supporting the team last year to help propagate the sport and reach out to its clients nationwide. BanKo focuses on delivering financial solutions to the unbanked and underserved, thereby bringing the benefits of financial inclusion to many Filipinos.
