Parents of the victims of dengue vaccines brought portraits of their children as they attend the Senate public hearing on the 3.5-b Sanofi dengue vaccines that had been administred by the DoH to 280,000 students without the vaccine passing through the WHO pre-qualifiation requirerements during the hearing held at the Senate on Wednesday In Pasay City.
