The Land Transportation Office implements the five-year validity of driver`s license card starting this month. The agency signs a memorandum of agreement with SM Mall Marikina, led by SM Shopping Center and Management Corp. president Annie S. Garcia, LTO chief Asec. Edgar Galvante and LTO NCR director Clarence V. Guinto.
