Out-of-school youths and drug surrenderers in Liliw, Laguna pose with the free basketballs they received from the Municipal Police Station headed by Liliw Chief of Police Senior Insp.  Raymund Alfred S. The project was named ‘Bola Imbes na Droga’ (Balls Instead of Drugs).
