Moving up

Parañaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez delivers an encouraging message to Grade 6 students of San Isidro Elementary School during a moving up to secondary education last week. Olivarez informed the incoming high school students that his administration seeks their academic excellence. The city government was able to build 16 public high schools over the past two years, allowing the city’s school district to achieve full implementation of the government’s K to 12 program.
