Transportation and airport officials have finally signed an agreement with 40 airlines waiving the P550 terminal fee for overseas Filipino workers, pilgrims, Philippine Sports Commission delegates and other people authorized by law. Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade (center) said Duterte was delighted by the agreement and said it was the President’s gift to all OFWs.
