The town of Nagcarlan, Laguna, headed by Mayor Nelson Orsuna, joins the yearly Anilag Festival in Laguna with its ‘Anakalang’ statue, which uses flowers, and the walls of its booth that are festooned with different seeds. Nagcarlan has placed first for its creative booth in previous editions of the festival. Roy Tomandao
