Balloon buffs prepare to take flight Thursday on the first of four days of the annual International Hot Air Balloon Festival at Clark, former home of the US 13th Air Force, in Pampanga for what is dubbed ‘Weekend of Everything that Flies!’ with paragliders, skydivers, radio controlled aircraft, dancing kites and other aerial exhibitions taking turns in the sky.
