Relief for Talitay

Kamid Buisan, acting mayor of Talitay town in Maguindanao (in checkered polo), leads the distribution of relief packs to 900 families displaced by law enforcement operations against town mayor Montasir M. The ARMM Humanitarian Emergency Action Response Team (HEART) and the 6th Civil Military Operations (CMO) Battalion of the Philippine Army’s 6ID command led the groups coming to Talitay’s aid.
