Philippine Red Cross volunteers show what rapid response looks like when they reach a fire incident in Quezon City in no time at all. The PRC dispatched three ambulances, two fire trucks, and 22 volunteers who assisted at least two patients, conducted vital signs monitoring, and provided psychosocial support to the affected individuals.
