Toyota Motor Philippines Corp. (TMP) announces its role as one of the official mobility partners for the 2024 Asia-Pacific Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction (APMCDRR), hosted by the Philippines in partnership with the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR). Signing the mobility sponsorship agreement are (from left) Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) assistant secretary and APMCDRR 2024 program committee chair Noralene Uy, TMP president Masando Hashimoto, DENR Secretary Maria Antonia Yulo-Loyzaga and United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific chief Marco Toscano-Rivalta. The conference, taking place from Oct. 14 to 18, 2024, at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Pasay City, will gather around 3,000 global leaders and delegates to address critical disaster risk reduction strategies in the Asia-Pacific region.
