Examinees of the yearly University of the Philippines College Admission Test (UPCAT) use umbrellas to deal with a sudden downpour along Palma Hall and University Avenue on August 11, 2024. UP Diliman is expecting more than 30,000 examinees per day during the 2-day admission test.
