China told to respect rule of law

Members of Alyansa Bantay Kapayapaan at Demokrasya stage a demonstration in front of the Chinese Consulate Office in Makati City to protest the intrusion of the Chinese Coast Guard in the West Philippine Sea and urge Beijing to respect the decision of United Nations of the Law of the Sea. The group also nixes the so-called “gentlemen’s agreement” between former President Rodrigo Duterte and the Chinese government.
