Grounded

This photo from the Philippine Coast Guard shows the barge TML Blue Sky Jay — loaded with 1,600 metric tons of industrial coal – towed by the tugboat TML The CEO that was grounded at the Bais Sand Bar near Barangay Okiot in Bais City, Negros Oriental on Thursday. The vessels were en route to Campuyo, Manjuyod, Negros Oriental from Semirara, Antique when they encountered rough sea conditions and ran aground. PCG Photo
