The family of Cheska Manio (second from right), the overseas Filipino worker abused and maltreated by her police-military employers in Abu Dhabi, has expressed their thanks and gratitude to OWWA Administrator Arnell Ignacio (right) for his quick action that expedited her swift repatriation to the Philippines.
