‘Stop and salute’

Manila Police District Director (MPDD) BGEN Andre Dizon and National Parks Development Committee (NPDC) Executive Director Cecile Lorenzana-Romero, attend the “Stop and Salute” flag-raising ceremony at the Rizal Park in Manila on Monday. “Stop and Salute” is conducted every first Monday of the month and attended by various government institutions and civil society organizations.
