Senator Cynthia Villar and officials of the most worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines unveil the monument of Dr. Felimon Aguilar at the Kings Solomon’s Garden in Las Pinas City on Monday. Aguilar was former mayor and congressman.
