Community-based first aid training

Capt. Bong Dagdag and barangay kagawad Ryan Medina of Sitio Sampalukan in Brgy Olympia, Makati City get their hands-on first-aid training during a project dubbed Kapitbahay Ko, First Responder Ko. The initiative aims to train the people in properly reacting to occurrences of fire, drowning, stabbing, and accidents at home, as well as first aid assistance for the victims.
