AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. signs a deal with Newbie Station Logistic Inc., granting the latter 13,000 square meters of gross leasable area of ready-built facilities at the ALogis Biñan 4 warehouse hub at Laguna Technopark, one of ALLHC’s premier industrial estates spanning the cities of Sta.
