Noise barrage

Health workers of the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine hold a lunch break noise barrage on Monday at RITM Hospital Ground, Filinvest Corporate City, Alabang, Muntinlupa to denounce the P170-million budget cut on Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) of their National Referral Laboratory for the year 2022.
