Jollibee shares

Jollibee Foods Corp. lists Series A and Series B preferred shares at the Philippine Stock Exchange. The securities will be traded using the stock symbols ‘JFCPA’ and ‘JFCPB’, respectively. Jollibee raised P12 billion from its follow-on offering, which it will use to partially fund the buyback of up to $250 in million senior perpetual securities and for capital expenditures.
