A protester places one of 321 pairs of shoes displayed at the Scout Circle along Tomas Morato in Quezon City on Friday. The art installation symbolizes 321 daily Filipino deaths from tobacco-related diseases, part of the call for stronger tobacco control policies and raising minimum age of access to cigarettes to 21 years old.
