With Manila gearing up for a non-stop, 24/7 vaccination drive, the city has attracted over 2,000 jab applicants—doctors, nurses, midwives—who will serve as volunteers. A health officer gives the first batch an orientation seminar on Aug. 4, 2021 in front of the Kartilya ng Katipunan shrine.
