Bumper-to-bumper traffic reached over 12 kilometers long on the south-bound lane of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) due to a police checkpoint along Balintawak in Quezon City as part of security preparations for President Rodrigo Duterte’s last State of the Nation Address yesterday.
