Summit and Sea

The cities of Baguio, Benguet and San Fernando, La Union have forged a ‘Summit and Sea’ tourism bubble. Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong and San Fernando Mayor Alfredo Pablo Ortega signed the memorandum of understanding at the Manor Hotel grounds in Camp John Hay. Magalong said the summer capital plans to take in around 500 tourists from San Fernando daily once the travel corridor takes effect.
