Power rate hike

Electric meters situated at the top of a power line in Barangay Bagong Silang, Caloocan City on Friday.  Power distributor Meralco announced that it will implement a rate hike of PHP0.1853 per kilowatt-hour (kWh) in power rates for the month of May.
