ECQ to MECQ

Members of the Manila Police and the Philippine Coast Guard inspect travel documents and identification cards of passengers inside a vehicle before they are allowed to enter Manila at a checkpoint in the boundary of Manila and Navotas while the Enhanced Community Quarantine remains in effect in the National Capital RegionPus which includes Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite and Laguna. The shift back to MECQ takes effect Monday, April 12.
