Dan Fernandez (who was also celebrating his birthday), Camarines Sur 2nd District Rep. Luis Raymund “LRay” Villafuerte Jr., Anakalusugan Party-list Rep. Mike Defensor, Batangas 2nd District Rep. Raneo Abu, and Bulacan Rep. Jose Antonio Sy-Alvarado.
