Philippine International Trading Corp. Undersecretary Dave Almarinez and actress Ara Mina are now officially engaged after the former proposed at the top of the City Hall of San Pedro, Laguna. Quoting a line from a move, Almarinez told the actress—Hazel Pascual Reyes in real life – ‘When you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible.’ No date has been announced for their wedding.
