Mayor Orlan Calayag and the local council of Dolores, Quezon have launched the very first automated business registration machine in the province. The SmartJuan-One-Stop-Shop eGovernment Service was initiated by Calayag in partnership with Centralized Cloud Computing International, Inc. (CCCI), which provided the automated technology that allows people to apply and pay for clearances and permits electronically, using cellphones and other devices with internet access.
