New fare system

Commuters board point to point carousel buses at the EDSA Monumento stop in Caloocan City on Wednesday. Beginning today, October 1, the Department of Transportation will enforce cashless fare collection scheme using Beep cards (inset) on public utility buses plying the EDSA busway route.
