Strict with masks

Caloocan Police stand on city streets to enforce the public wearing of face masks all the time outside homes, and to ensure the implementation of curfew hours and social distancing. Caloocan Police Chief Col. Dario Menor said Mayor Oscar “Oca” Malapitan has a strict reminder to the police to 'strongly implement' ordinances to stave off the coronavirus.
